How we count.
What counts as a placement
- · Full-time data-engineering, analytics-engineering, or staff-DE role
- · Signed offer + start date confirmed by alumni self-report
- · Within 6 months of cohort completion
- · Internal promotions count if scoped change is significant
What we don't count
- · Contract / part-time / freelance roles
- · Self-employment or solo consulting
- · Roles where data-eng is < 50% of the work
- · Alumni who don't respond to the 6-month check-in (counted as "no offer")
